CHECK AND REPLACE ANY DAMAGED PARTS (Like the 'O' rings, boots or dust wipers) If you do not have the RST repair kit then use the parts list in order to obtain the correct parts. |

| Grease and replace the
springs (x3) and the adjuster assembly in to the stanchion tube.
NOTE: Ensure that the last spring fitted has no end cap facing upwards. |

| Push
down on the compression rod to ensure that the snap ring can be fitted
correctly.
Check secure fitting before releasing the compression rod. |

Apply grease to the inside of the outer legs ensuring coverage of the bushings (x4) and dust wipers (x2). Carefully insert the stanchions back in to the outer legs. NOTE: left hand stanchion has the disc mount and bottom out bumpers fitted. CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the dust wipers. |

| Re fit the top caps on to the compression rods and tighten using the 17mm and 14mm open ended spanners. | |
| Push the top caps down in to the tops of the stanchion tubes before re fitting the snap rings in to place. | ![]() |

Re fit the adjuster knobs to the top of the correct leg and tighten using a 2.5mm hex wrench. NOTE: The left hand side uses the pre load knob and the right hand side uses the rebound knob. CAUTION: Check correct position of the rebound adjuster. |

| Re
fit the front wheel and then the axle and the axle pinch bolts.

| Always
remember to: Check fork for correct operation before every ride and after any servicing. Keep the stanchion area clear of dirt and water as this may lead to an increased need for servicing. Never use a high-pressure hose to clean suspension forks. |
