CHECK AND REPLACE ANY DAMAGED PARTS (Like the 'O' rings, boots or dust wipers) If you do not have the RST repair kit then use the parts list in order to obtain the correct parts. |

| Pump BOTH sides of the fork up to 50 PSI of air pressure.
NOTE: You may wish to check for air leaks at this point by immersing the fork into some water and looking for escaping air bubbles. If you do this remember to dry the fork of completely before continuing with the reassembly.

| NOTE: Ensure that the left hand bottom out spacer, found inside the outer legs, has 1 small washer fitted. | ![]() |
| Apply grease
to the compression rods and then fit the bottom out bumpers (x2).
To make fitting easier fit the bottom out spacers on to the compression rods before the outer legs. NOTE: The left hand (Adjustable side) spacer needs 1 small washer as described above. |

| Apply grease to the inside of the outer legs ensuring coverage of the bushings (x4) and dust wipers (x2) and re fit the outer legs on to the stanchions. | ![]() |
| Carefully insert
the outer legs back in to the stanchions.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the dust wipers or compression rods. |

| Replace the drop out bolts
(x2) and tighten using a 5mm hex wrench.
NOTE: One bolt has a hole in the center, this bolt needs to be fitted to the left hand (Adjustable) side of the fork. (Disc brake mounts side). Note: Torque setting=60kg/cm.

| Using a 2.5mm hex wrench, turn the damping adjuster inside the left hand compression rod counter-clockwise to the riders usual setting. | ![]() |
| Adjust the air pressure to suit the rider and then re fit the valve caps, turning clockwise by hand. | ![]() |
| Always
remember to: Check fork for correct operation before every ride and after any servicing. Keep the stanchion area clear of dirt and water as this may lead to an increased need for servicing. Never use a high-pressure hose to clean suspension forks. |
