CHECK AND REPLACE ANY DAMAGED PARTS (Like the 'O' rings, boots or dust wipers) If you do not have the RST repair kit then use the parts list in order to obtain the correct parts. |

| Grease and replace the left hand compression rod (x1), top out bumper (x1) and the bottom out bumpers (x2). | ![]() |
| Refit left hand stack of springs or MCU's and pre load adjuster. | |
| Re fill the right hand
stanchion with 85cc of the chosen thickness of oil.
Note: This amount can be altered to
affect the performance of the fork. |

| Re fit right hand spring stack and pre load adjuster and tighten both clockwise by hand. | |
| Apply grease to the inside of the outer legs ensuring coverage of the bushings (x4) and dust wipers (x2). | ![]() |

Carefully insert the outer legs back in to the stanchions. Be careful not to damage the dust wipers or compression rods. |

| Tighten
the drop out bolts (x2). (4mm = LH, 6mm = RH). Note: Torque setting=60kg/cm. |

| Re fit the rebound adjuster and check for full movement before tightening the Phillips screw (x1). | ![]() |
| Always
remember to: Check fork for correct operation before every ride and after any servicing. Keep the stanchion area clear of dirt and water as this may lead to an increased need for servicing. Never use a high-pressure hose to clean suspension forks. |
