CHECK AND REPLACE ANY DAMAGED PARTS (Like the 'O' rings, boots or dust wipers) If you do not have the RST repair kit then use the parts list in order to obtain the correct parts. |

| Grease springs (x2) and refit in to the stanchions and tighten clockwise by hand. | ![]() |
| Apply grease to the inside of the outer legs ensuring coverage of the bushings (x2) and dust wipers (x2). | ![]() |

Carefully insert each stanchion
back in to the outer
legs and secure by turning clockwise.
Be careful not to damage the dust wipers. Re fit boots over the dust wipers.

Carefully insert the stanchions back in to the upper and lower crowns. NOTE: Each stanchion has a marker to indicate the lowest fitting point, do not cross this point. Note: Remember to fit stanchion bumpers. |

| Tighten
the lower crown bolts (x2) and then upper crown bolts (x2).
Note: Torque setting=60kg/cm. |

| Check that the fork is securely fixed by pulling the crowns and outer legs apart. | ![]() |
| Always
remember to: Check fork for correct operation before every ride and after any servicing. Keep the stanchion area clear of dirt and water as this may lead to an increased need for servicing. Never use a high-pressure hose to clean suspension forks. |
