SPECIAL RST TOOLS
M5FR5-T2201 Adjuster cap tool (Large). For Delta, Zeta, HI-5, Pro and Comp models.
M5FR7-T2201 Adjuster cap tool (Medium). For Gamma, Beta, 461, 381 and 281 models.
M5FA2-T2200 Adjuster cap tool (Small). For 906, 905 and 802 models.
M5FAF-T2200 8mm Hex wrench (Long). For Delta (XL/HL), HI-5, 461(DH), 381(DH), Gamma (XT/XE) models.
M5FR5-T2200 8mm Hex wrench (Short). For Pro, Zeta, Gamma TL), Beta, 381(TL) and 281(TL) models.
M5FB7-T2200 6mm Hex wrench (Hollow). Special for Delta models only.
M5FCV-T2200 4mm Hex wrench (Long). Special for Beta TL model only.
M5FA2-T2201 4mm Hex wrench (Short). For Corsa (SL), 200K, 381(CL), 900's, 800's and 700's models.
M5FB7-T2201 12mm Hex socket (Long) Special tool for Delta models only.

By using the correct tools you can repair your RST fork with out risking damage.

 

OTHER TOOLS REQUIRED
For ALL models. Extra for DELTA / SIGMA models.
Snap ring pliers (90'-Bent). Very small Phillips screwdriver.
Torque wrench (0-100kg/cm) + 4/5mm hex fittings. Open ended spanners: 17 and 14mm.
Long node pliers. Measuring jug (0-200cc).
Adjustable spanner (150mm). Snap ring pliers (0'-Straight).
Small flat bladed screwdriver. PVC tape.
Hex wrench: 12,6,5 and 4mm (Long handle). Hex wrench: 2.5 and 1.5mm.
Non toxic cleaning solution, rags and brushes. Spare container for used oil.
Suspension grease (Non Lithium based). Suspension damping oil (SAE-5wt).
Other tools that you might find useful:
Bech vice (With protective covers), syringe, extra rags and some old spokes.

SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED
Special tools are required to remove the bushings from these forks, and we recommend that you take them to an RST dealer to have them replaced.
